Job Type: Director of Corporate Partnerships, Commission-Based, Contract position
Location: Remote
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized, super strong Commission-Only Salesperson to join our team at SmallBizLady at Quintessence Group. The Philadelphia-based company has been operating since 1999. Our founder Melinda Emerson, “SmallBizLady,” is the #1 Small Business Expert in the U.S. We provide customer acquisition, customer retention, social media and content strategy, and influencer marketing programs to corporations that target small business customers. We also provide education and training to small business owners via SmallBizLadyUniversity.com. As a sales representative, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our services to Fortune 500 Corporations and small business owners. The ideal candidate should have a great personality and be a persuasive and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable making structured outreach and uncovering needs, with strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator skills.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold-calling, networking, and other sales techniques, utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator to its full potential
- Make structured outreach through LinkedIn, introducing our services and identifying their needs
- Uncover needs, document customer requirements, and follow up on leads in a timely manner
- Act as the face of the organization and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Stay up to date with the latest market trends and industry developments
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of service after the sale
- Prepare and present professional sales presentations and proposals to clients
- Document all sales activities in a CRM system
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commission-based sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator skills, with the ability to find and engage potential customers on the platform
- Ability to build relationships with potential customers and understand their needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented and able to keep accurate records
- Self-starter and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Compensation:
Above-average commission-based position, with unlimited earning potential
