I’m sorry that I missed that #SmallBizChat but I can say that I know you’re spot on..the rules of business, well, of marketing, have changed. No longer can really low conversion rates resulting from the heavy “bounce through” from buying time to annoy a prospective customer with direct mail or massive billboard advertising or thousands of expensive brochures the way for businesses to gather new business. Nope. It is about building relationships. It is about networking. I’m looking forward to 2010!
